FocusFlow is a focus timer designed for deep work โ like Pomodoro, but with project tags so you can see exactly where your time went. Pick a project (or create a new one), tap start, and FocusFlow tracks the session. Weekly analytics show your top projects by time spent. Optional iOS 17 Focus Filter integration silences distractions during sessions.
A label you attach to a focus session. Examples: book-chapter-3, refactor-auth, client-acme. You can have unlimited tags. The weekly analytics rank tags by total minutes โ useful for tracking which projects are actually getting your attention.
FocusFlow registers as a Focus Filter in your iPhone Settings. When you start a focus session, it can automatically activate a Focus Mode (e.g., "Work") to silence notifications. When the session ends, the Focus Mode is deactivated. Set it up in Settings โ Focus โ Work โ Add Filter โ FocusFlow.
All sessions, project tags, and analytics are stored only on your device. No account is required. No data is uploaded. If you enable Apple Sign-In + iCloud sync (Premium feature), session data syncs across your devices via iCloud โ never our servers.
Open the app โ Settings โ tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Pull-to-refresh on the analytics tab usually fixes display lag. If totals stay wrong after a force-quit and reopen, email us a screenshot so we can investigate.
Settings โ Language โ pick from English, ๆฅๆฌ่ช, ็ฎไฝไธญๆ, ็น้ซไธญๆ, ํ๊ตญ์ด, Espaรฑol, Franรงais, Deutsch. The change takes effect immediately. Default follows your iPhone system language.
