PromptVault Support

PromptVault is a private prompt library for iPhone and iPad. It stores your library locally and can use your Apple iCloud account to sync prompt data between your devices.

Contact

Email jiejuefuyou@gmail.com. Include “PromptVault”, your iOS or iPadOS version, the app version shown in Settings, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but remove sensitive prompt text first.

iCloud sync

• Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account and iCloud is enabled for PromptVault.
• Open PromptVault on both devices and leave it in the foreground briefly.
• If “Sync over cellular” is off, connect both devices to Wi-Fi.
• Check the iCloud status and last-sync details in PromptVault Settings.

PromptVault has no developer sync server, so the developer cannot inspect or recover your private iCloud library.

QR import

QR generation requires Premium. Scanning requires camera permission. If camera access was denied, open Apple Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and enable PromptVault. PromptVault QR data is processed on-device.

Purchases and restore

Purchases are handled by Apple. Use “Restore Purchase” while signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase. PromptVault never receives your payment-card details.
